Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Özgür Ergezgin, Upgrade Force Systems, Kollwitzstr. 76, 10435 Berlin, Deutschland, email: support@legendsunchained.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early only if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we supplied confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
Digital services and statutory rights
For digital services, the statutory rules on immediate performance and possible expiry of the right of withdrawal after full performance apply. If you expressly requested a paid service to begin before the withdrawal period expired and withdraw before full performance, you may, where the statutory requirements are met, have to pay a reasonable amount for the services supplied up to withdrawal. Required declarations and notices are requested separately during checkout. Your statutory rights in the event of non-supply or defects remain unaffected.
